About the Role
Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a premier investment company specializing in lending, leasing, venture capital, and microfinance solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Officer to join our team in Asaba, Delta State. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating timely loan acquisitions for our clients while carefully evaluating financial risks and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position covers key commercial zones in Asaba including Anioma/Midwifery Market, Okpanam Road, Summit Area, Ogbogonogo, Ibusa Junction, Anwai Road, and Okpanam.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process incoming loan requests efficiently
- Assess clients' financial status, evaluate creditworthiness, and calculate risk ratios
- Contact clients to gather necessary financial data and documentation
- Analyze risks to approve or reject loan requests in line with company guidelines
- Establish realistic payment plans and maintain updated records of all loan applications
- Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals and monitor the progress of existing loans
- Handle daily and weekly repayment collections to ensure healthy portfolio performance
- Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or in a similar financial role
- Hands-on experience with lending procedures, financial products, and loan management
- Proficiency in creating and processing financial spreadsheets
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Minimum qualification of NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Competitive starting salary of NGN 112,000
