About the Role
T.O.N Corporate Services is currently recruiting a dedicated Production Workshop Operator (Cutting) to join the fast-paced manufacturing team of our client specializing in treated insecticide net production. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process by ensuring that all netting and fabric materials are cut with precision, minimizing waste, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out precise cutting operations according to daily production schedules and requirements.
- Measure and cut netting and fabric materials accurately to required industry specifications.
- Follow established cutting patterns, detailed measurements, and specific work instructions.
- Operate, handle, and maintain cutting tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy to minimize material wastage and optimize resource use.
- Keep the workshop and designated work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and quality assurance procedures.
- Meet or exceed daily production targets while maintaining superior output quality.
- Previous hands-on experience in cutting, sewing, tailoring, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge and practical understanding of industrial cutting tools and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately with measurements, blueprints, and cutting patterns.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality output.
