Key Responsibilities- Manage store documentation, ERP/SAP data entry, and secure transmission of records to Head Office.
- Oversee stock movement, daily receiving, variance reporting, and monthly stock take exercises.
- Support the preparation of financial reports including Gross Profit (GP) and Profit and Loss (P&L), collaborating closely with the Finance team.
- Handle weekly petty cash, float management, and efficient invoice processing.
- Ensure real-time, accurate updates of production and inventory data on SAP and ERP systems.
- Coordinate comprehensive store administration tasks such as HR documentation, notice board updates, vendor cheque handovers, and compliance follow-ups.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of post-NYSC experience in inventory control, store operations, or finance and administration within the QSR or retail industry.
- Hold an HND or BSc degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Possess a solid understanding of inventory management principles within a food service or hospitality environment.
- Exhibit high accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional attention to detail in all reporting and data entry tasks.
- Display excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must currently reside in Kaduna or demonstrate a genuine willingness to relocate.
