Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily production activities, plant processes, and manufacturing workers to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed production targets and output goals.
- Enforce strict compliance with company operational procedures, quality assurance standards, and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks promptly to minimize downtime and resource wastage.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment that encourages productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs, material usage, and workforce attendance.
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Considerable and provable practical experience in a supervisory manufacturing or production role.
- Demonstrated ability to showcase hands-on competence and operational knowledge during the selection process.
