About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for executing major church events by expertly implementing creative, technical, and logistical elements. You will collaborate seamlessly with both internal staff and dedicated volunteers, as well as external partners, to deliver flawless productions that align with our strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end event production, including event design, build strategies, and logistical planning.
- Oversee audio-visual production, lighting management, and sound equipment operations.
- Handle partner sourcing, vendor management, asset management, and financial budgeting for events.
- Coordinate post-production workflows and ensure high standards of video and still camera production.
- Foster strong teamwork across internal church staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Must possess a verifiable video production certification.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience in production management.
- Demonstrated expertise in video production, lighting, sound equipment, and post-production workflows.
- Strong project management, financial management, creative thinking, and communication skills.
