About the Role
Reliable Steel & Plastic Ind. Ltd. has been a trusted leader in manufacturing top-quality products since 1998, offering end-to-end production solutions. We are currently looking for a dedicated and hands-on Production Superintendent to join our dynamic factory team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily manufacturing activities, maximize machine utilization, and ensure all operational and safety standards are rigorously maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily production activities across assigned sections to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Communicate and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets set by management.
- Monitor operators and supervisors to ensure high performance and effective manpower allocation.
- Track production output, machine downtime, reject rates, and material wastage.
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Quality Control teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and company policies.
- Generate comprehensive reports on production performance and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
- B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably with supervisory background.
- Direct experience in plastic manufacturing, injection moulding, or blow moulding is a distinct advantage.
- Strong expertise in production planning, resource optimization, and shop-floor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
