About the Role
Multipro Consumer Products Limited, a leading name in sales, haulage, and logistics in Nigeria and a proud subsidiary of the Tolaram Group, is looking for a driven Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Trainee. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless production operations by monitoring material availability, maintaining accurate inventory records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor raw and packaging material availability to support uninterrupted production while ensuring strict FIFO compliance.
- Execute SAP transactions including material reservations, process order creation, and technical completion (TECO).
- Prepare and distribute daily inventory and status reports to the factory manager and planning team.
- Oversee receipts, issuance, and follow up on Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) with the warehouse team for timely system updates.
- Coordinate material flow, track truck turnaround times, and assist in resolving operational bottlenecks to prevent delays.
- Basic knowledge of SAP (MM/PP modules) or comparable enterprise resource planning systems.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles, stock control, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
