We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager with a solid Electrical Engineering background and hands-on experience in solar panel manufacturing. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily plant operations, lead production and technical teams, and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards across our facility in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations within the solar panel production facility.
- Supervise production, technical, and support teams to ensure efficient workflows and target achievement.
- Monitor production activities to guarantee strict compliance with quality and safety regulations.
- Coordinate shift handovers and resolve operational challenges swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Utilize AutoCAD for technical drawings, layout modifications, and operational requirements.
- Support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical and production equipment.
- Maintain comprehensive operational reports, shift documentation, and HSE records.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience in solar panel manufacturing or the broader renewable energy industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing and plant layout modifications.
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, team leadership, and production supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and decision-making capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of electrical systems, solar PV production, and HSE compliance.
