Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership for daily production activities to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement robust production plans to ensure targets are achieved efficiently.
- Supervise Production Superintendents, Supervisors, and other plant personnel.
- Monitor machine utilization, output, downtime, and overall operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement measures to reduce production losses and material wastage.
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality Control, and Stores departments for seamless operations.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity and stringent quality control.
- Enforce strict compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports and provide actionable recommendations to Management.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant manufacturing experience, with proven success in a senior leadership role.
- Strong practical knowledge of factory operations and industrial processes.
- Hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing, injection moulding, and hydraulic extrusion blow moulding operations is a strong advantage.
