About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Batch Mixer Operator to join our dynamic production team at our lotion plant, playing a critical role in maintaining our commitment to product excellence, safety, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate mixing tanks, agitators, and related processing equipment efficiently.
- Visually inspect raw materials to ensure accurate weighing and verification before loading into mixing vessels.
- Load ingredients into mixing vessels following the correct sequence, timing, and specifications outlined in the batch sheet.
- Monitor and control mixing times, speeds, and temperatures to guarantee optimal product consistency.
- Perform regular visual inspections and quality checks throughout the entire batch manufacturing process.
- Maintain accurate records of batch data, including raw material lot numbers, batch codes, and process parameters in the Batch Manufacturing Record.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain mixers, tanks, and the surrounding work area in strict adherence to GMP protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the quality control team to ensure finished products meet all required specifications.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, process deviations, or material shortages to management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations, hygiene standards, and standard operating procedures.
- Secondary school certificate or vocational/technical training in production, industrial operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in batch mixing or production operations within an FMCG, personal care, or cosmetics manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of mixing processes, raw material handling, and equipment operation in a lotion or soap plant.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills for completing production logs and reports accurately.
- Commitment to workplace safety, strict hygiene standards, and the proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, perform moderate lifting, and thrive in a fast-paced factory setting.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively alongside production, quality, and maintenance teams.
