About the Role
Agribond Group is a leading name in poultry production and frozen food distribution across Nigeria and Lebanon, committed to agricultural innovation and operational excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and oversee our feedmill production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily feedmill production operations to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and output targets are met.
- Maintain strict quality control systems for all raw materials and finished feed products.
- Coordinate seamlessly with maintenance, warehousing, and logistics teams to minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the production team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the facility.
- Optimize production processes and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 to 8 years of proven experience in feedmill production management within the agricultural sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of feedmill machinery, milling processes, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
