About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Data Officer to support our manufacturing operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless flow of production data, maintaining inventory integrity, and empowering our management team with accurate, timely reports to optimize manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately capture and enter daily production data into the company ERP system, including batch details and material consumption.
- Record production orders, finished goods output, and wastage rates while verifying all transactional records.
- Reconcile production data consistently with warehouse and inventory records to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Planning teams to resolve operational data issues.
- Support physical inventory counts, scheduled production audits, and maintain organized documentation.
- Liaise with the IT department to report and troubleshoot any ERP-related challenges affecting workflow.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in production data entry or production administration within the manufacturing sector.
- Mandatory hands-on experience utilizing an ERP system for production transactions.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP is considered a strong added advantage.
- Solid comprehension of standard manufacturing and production workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
