About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is looking for a meticulous and driven Production Data Entry Executive to join a leading FMCG manufacturing company located in Ikeja, Lagos. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, maintaining, and reconciling daily manufacturing records. Your expertise will directly support production planning, inventory control, and strategic management decisions, ensuring seamless factory operations and optimal resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately input and update daily production, output, and downtime data into designated systems and databases.
- Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for plant management and stakeholders.
- Reconcile raw material usage with finished goods output to monitor inventory accuracy and track variances.
- Collaborate closely with production supervisors, warehouse teams, and inventory controllers to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital records of all manufacturing processes in compliance with company standards.
- Analyze production trends and flag operational bottlenecks or anomalies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in production data entry, MIS reporting, or inventory administration within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including demonstrated expertise with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience utilizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) or specialized production management software.
- Exceptional numerical aptitude, analytical capabilities, and uncompromised attention to detail.
- Residency in or convenient daily commute to Ikeja and its surrounding environs in Lagos State.
