Key Responsibilities- Support comprehensive factory operations including the washing, sorting, and preparation of raw materials.
- Assist in processing, drying, grinding, and packaging of finished goods according to strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace by adhering strictly to company safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
- Perform routine quality checks and report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors immediately.
- Demonstrated previous experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Proven competence and readiness to showcase practical skills during the selection and interview process.
