About the Role
Codix Pharma Limited is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company with offices in Lagos, Nigeria, and London, UK, dedicated to becoming the market leader in cardio-metabolic care. We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our innovative team in Lagos and help shape the future of healthcare in Nigeria by managing our extensive portfolio of diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive portfolio marketing strategies and brand plans to drive market growth.
- Prepare brand market research briefs for usage and attitude studies, brand tracks, and customized research.
- Conduct regular market and field visits to oversee the successful implementation of marketing activities.
- Lead and mentor the Product Management team to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare creative and media plan briefs, coordinating closely with advertising agencies for effective brand support.
- Collect, analyze, and report on market data, making strategic adjustments to business plans to ensure successful new product launches.
- Actively drive the introduction of new products to augment brand presence and increase company revenue.
- B.Sc. Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.
- Minimum of 5 years of cognate work experience in pharmaceutical product management or sales and marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a high-performing team.
