Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct rigorous market research and customer analysis to uncover emerging trends, user needs, and competitive advantages.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user adoption, retention, and revenue to drive data-informed decisions.
- Communicate product updates, strategies, and milestones effectively to executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Product Management, specifically within the Fintech industry.
- Strong strategic vision and ability to align product goals with overarching business objectives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities to inspire cross-functional teams.
