About the Role
iRecharge Tech-Innovations is a leading internet-powered distribution platform enabling users across Nigeria to seamlessly purchase essential virtual products and services, including mobile airtime, data, internet subscriptions, pay-TV, and Bulk SMS. We are looking for a talented Product Designer who sits at the intersection of user experience, product thinking, and business strategy to take full ownership of our design lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Take end-to-end ownership of product design from discovery and problem framing through to implementation and developer handoff.
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and build practical solutions.
- Drive data-informed design decisions aligned with both user satisfaction and core business objectives.
- Establish and maintain high design quality standards, conducting thorough design QA on final implementations.
- Present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- 4 to 6 years of professional product design experience, preferably within fintech, banking, or consumer-facing digital products.
- A robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving methodologies, and measurable outcomes.
- Deep proficiency in Figma, encompassing advanced component architecture, prototyping, and file management.
- Solid expertise in mobile-first design principles for Android, iOS, and responsive web platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and scalable design systems.
