About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate Product Designer with a keen eye for user-centered design to transform complex health solutions into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Define, prepare, and promote product roadmaps based on business opportunities and thorough market research.
- Engage regularly with clients and users to gather feedback and identify gaps or opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to solve complex problems.
- Lead the entire design process from mockups, user flows, and wireframes to interactive prototypes and final designs.
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and design sprints to validate design decisions.
- Analyze customer experience data to identify pain points and enhance overall product satisfaction.
- Define KPIs and set measurable targets to drive team success.
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of market trends, user research methodologies, and basic web development principles.
- Strong communication skills with a proven commitment to teamwork and consensus-building.
