Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product designers, fostering a culture of feedback, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a hands-on approach by contributing directly to key design projects while effectively balancing leadership responsibilities.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate strategic goals into user-friendly, scalable design solutions.
- Advocate for user-centred design by leveraging qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and behavioural insights.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring our fintech products are intuitive and usable by a diverse audience.
- Measure the impact of design initiatives using analytics and optimise user experiences based on data-driven insights.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating leadership in delivering end-to-end product design solutions with measurable business impact.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing design teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in UX/UI principles, interaction design, design systems, and modern user research methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong background in fintech or SaaS, with a solid understanding of financial products, security, and designing for user trust.
