About the Role
Turnkey Africa Ltd is the leading pan-African insurance and bancassurance technology and services provider. We develop, supply, and manage end-to-end insurance business software solutions and services for the African insurance industry, boasting a footprint of over 42 clients across 7 countries. We are currently looking for a dynamic Product/Delivery Business Analyst to join our innovative team in Nigeria and act as a vital link between our valued clients and internal technical squads.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather, define, and document detailed business requirements for software solutions and enhancements.
- Perform incident management by diagnosing service requests, investigating software issues, and providing timely resolutions or escalations.
- Execute software testing and quality assurance activities, validating fixes and enhancements prior to production deployment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issue resolution processes, troubleshooting steps, system content, and customer interactions.
- Contribute to agile team ceremonies, supporting continuous improvement, sprint planning, and value delivery.
- Foster a culture of creativity, mentor interns, and actively participate in personal and team professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Commerce, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Information Technology or software Business Analysis is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of the insurance or banking sector, particularly the TurnQuest Insurance Suite, will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in business process modeling, requirement definition, software configuration, and testing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong collaborative mindset and team-first attitude.
