We are currently looking for a talented and driven Product Business Analyst to join our team and help drive our digital transformation and product innovation across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear use cases, process flows, and detailed functional specifications.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and support solution design.
- Assist in prioritizing product features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Conduct thorough gap analyses and impact assessments for new product features and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and expected functionality.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications on requirements, project progress, and product performance.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
- Develop and support API initiatives in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between business and technology teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Management, or a related role within banking, fintech, data, or analytics sectors.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, frameworks, and related tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
