About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa’s real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Product Auditor to provide independent assurance over the design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of product controls across payment, wallet, settlement, and switch systems.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a risk-based Product Audit Universe and own the annual audit plan for all payment products and integrations.
- Review PRDs and transaction workflows to identify logic gaps and enforce control design sign-offs before go-live.
- Interrogate the Fee Engine using advanced SQL to mathematically verify complete precision in commissions, VAT, and splits.
- Assess live payment products continuously to detect configuration drift, settlement breaks, or silent divergence from original designs.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with CBN guidelines, PCI DSS, and consumer protection mandates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Product Audit, Systems Audit, Financial Data Analytics, or Payment Operations within a fintech or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in advanced SQL, payment systems architecture, and end-to-end transaction lifecycles.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CFE, ACA, or ACCA are strongly preferred.
