As we aggressively scale our digital banking ecosystem, we are looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to join our dynamic team and shape the future of our digital financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of all digital products and channels against approved business objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze customer behavior, transaction trends, adoption metrics, and feedback to identify friction points and enhance user experience.
  • Support periodic portfolio reviews, lifecycle performance tracking, and strategic decision-making for digital initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, performance dashboards, and data-driven business cases for management and governance forums.
  • Provide analytical support for Product Lab sessions, innovation workshops, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence research across the fintech and digital banking landscape.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure product data integrity and optimal performance.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Management, Strategy, or Digital Banking within fintech, banking, or telecommunications environments.
  • Strong proficiency in product performance analysis, customer journey mapping, management reporting, and business insight generation.
  • Exceptional data visualization, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
