About the Role
Bell Oil & Gas is a leading indigenous oilfield services company delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions across the Nigerian energy sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Service Advisor to join our growing Supply Chain Management team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a vital part in streamlining our procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and providing top-tier advisory support within the upstream sector.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Electronic RFXs efficiently.
- Source, evaluate, and manage reliable material suppliers to meet project timelines.
- Obtain and compare competitive quotes from international and local suppliers.
- Validate purchase order documents and ensure error-free computation of costs including Ex-works and DDP using MS Excel.
- Follow up on submitted RFQs and maintain clear, effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage logistics operations for orders and maintain comprehensive physical and digital filing systems while ensuring strict document confidentiality.
- Generate accurate and timely procurement reports for assigned accounts.
- A good university degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least two (2) years of cognate procurement experience within the upstream oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel for cost computations.
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain SAP modules will be a strong added advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, numerical, multi-tasking, and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of RFQ sourcing, processing, and supplier management best practices.
