About the Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the acquisition of medical consumables and pharmaceutical supplies, ensuring our healthcare partners receive top-quality products efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for medications, medical consumables, and healthcare supplies.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Conduct quality checks on all received medical supplies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reliable healthcare vendors and pharmaceutical distributors.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, purchase orders, and expenditure summaries for management.
- OND or HND in Science Laboratory Technology (SLT), Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Previous working experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare environment is strictly required.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical consumables, and healthcare regulations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, inventory management, and record-keeping skills.
- Demonstrated high level of integrity, strong organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
