Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support the growth and operational needs of all Genesis Group business units.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and international vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure the best pricing and quality.
- Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and service level agreements while mitigating supply chain risks.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee purchase orders, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, budget expenditures, and supplier performance for executive management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a relevant professional certification (such as CIPS) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management, preferably within hospitality, retail, or industrial catering sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and cost reduction strategies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
