About the Role
Troven Solution Services Limited (Troven SSL) is a global technology-driven recruitment and manpower outsourcing company headquartered in Nigeria. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Officer to join our client's team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure optimal inventory levels across the farm, roastery, stores, cafés, and restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and maintain high-quality products.
- Manage competitive bidding processes and maintain an updated approved vendor list.
- Raise purchase orders and rigorously monitor deliveries against agreed commercial terms.
- Track market price trends and identify strategic cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate stock records and track the movement of harvested coffee, green beans, and finished goods from farm to outlet.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and enforce FIFO and food safety standards to minimize waste.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on stock movement, usage, wastage, and cost of goods sold.
- B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPS is a distinct added advantage.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant procurement and inventory management experience within F&B, agribusiness, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated strength in negotiation, supplier management, and data-driven analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern inventory management or ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of food safety, storage standards, and a willingness to travel to the farm when required.
