About the Role
Growth in Value Alliance (GVA) Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Security Planning & Architecture Resources Personnel (Level 2) to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will lead cybersecurity initiatives, design robust security controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard our enterprise data and applications against evolving threats.
Key Responsibilities- Lead investigations and assist senior management in defining data protection strategies against cyber attacks.
- Design, document, and deploy secure infrastructure solutions ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC).
- Define and enforce security requirements for applications in development and monitor compliance.
- Liaise with stakeholders on operational implementation of security policies and best practices.
- Research new technologies to prevent data loss, ensure business continuity, and minimize risk to servers and workstations.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive security awareness training programs and materials for staff.
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional work experience, including at least three (3) years of dedicated Security Architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Identity Management technology, vulnerability assessment, systems auditing, and network/wireless security.
- Proven end-to-end experience in the full Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) for enterprise projects.
- Exceptional working knowledge of security design principles, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
