About the Role
Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM Hold Co.) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Private Wealth Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will provide comprehensive end-to-end operational support for private wealth and high-net-worth clients, ensuring seamless execution of instructions, accurate record-keeping, and exceptional service delivery within Nigeria's premier financial services institution.
Key Responsibilities- Process contributions, withdrawal requests, corporate actions, and daily valuation reports for all private portfolios accurately and promptly.
- Conduct monthly asset reconciliations against third-party platforms such as CSCS, bond statements, and custodian reports to resolve variances swiftly.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all portfolio transactions are recognized before initiating the valuation process.
- Resolve relationship manager queries and client complaints efficiently to guarantee superior customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and research daily corporate actions, applying updates accurately on core investment applications within designated timelines.
- Execute standing orders promptly, ensuring adequate provisions are made for all portfolio liabilities.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal controls, complete daily call-overs, and deliver error-free client reporting.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-university experience within the Nigerian financial services sector.
- Strong background in financial expertise, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, CISI, or CIS will be considered significant advantages.
- A postgraduate qualification (MBA or MSc) is an added advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced MS Excel.
