Key Responsibilities- Provide expert specialist medical diagnosis, treatment, and consultation for patients within assigned healthcare facilities.
- Lead multidisciplinary clinical teams and oversee the management of complex medical cases.
- Supervise, mentor, and train resident doctors, medical officers, and other allied healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of public health policies and clinical governance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to professional medical ethics, hospital protocols, and international best practices in healthcare.
- Collaborate with state health authorities to plan and execute community health outreach and disease prevention programs.
- Possession of a recognized MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a reputable institution.
- Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Postgraduate fellowship qualification (e.g., FWACP, FMCP, FWACS, or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of post-fellowship clinical practice experience.
