Key Responsibilities- Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests accurately and efficiently across various departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, quality control protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of test results and manage laboratory inventory effectively.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support accurate patient diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Participate actively in infection prevention practices and maintain a clean, sterile working environment.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) degree.
- Valid registration and a current practicing licence issued by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Demonstrated clinical laboratory experience in a recognized healthcare setting.
- Sound knowledge of modern laboratory equipment, quality control, and biosafety standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
