About the Role

This vital role involves overseeing data operations, coordinating operating methods, and ensuring seamless data management across the institution's administrative and academic units.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise daily data processing operations and computer operations within the university.
- Establish, implement, and maintain strict operating methods and data quality standards.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient entry, processing, and management of large volumes of institutional data.
- Collaborate with various university departments to support their data and technological requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive data reports and maintain secure data storage systems.
- Participate in relevant training sessions and successfully pass prescribed proficiency assessments.
- Possession of an HND or Bachelor Degree with at least Lower Credit or equivalent in Data Processing, Computer Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience at an appropriate level.
- Active membership in relevant professional bodies.
- Demonstrated evidence of continuous professional training and development.
- Proven ability to coordinate operating methods and pass prescribed proficiency assessments.
