About the Role
Christopher University, established through the vision of Translucent Management Services to bridge the gap between industry and academia, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional for the position of Principal Assistant Registrar. Located in Mowe, Ogun State, our institution places strong emphasis on management sciences, corporate linkages, and high-level manpower development for both the private and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage administrative activities within designated university units or departments.
- Assist in the formulation, implementation, and review of university policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication between the university administration, academic staff, students, and external corporate partners.
- Oversee senate or committee meetings, including the preparation of agendas, taking of minutes, and follow-up on resolutions.
- Manage staff records, performance evaluations, and coordinate training programs for administrative personnel.
- Handle student admission, registration, records management, and graduation processes in compliance with university standards.
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening industry-academia collaborations and institutional growth.
- Must possess a good honours degree from a recognized and accredited university.
- A minimum of 9 years of post-qualification administrative experience, specifically gained within a university or equivalent tertiary institution.
- Possession of a relevant Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
