Champions Learning Fields is a forward-thinking educational institution located in Tunga, Minna, Niger State. We are recruiting a Principal – Academics to lead our academic operations, drive curriculum excellence, and ensure the highest standards of educational delivery across all programmes.
As Principal – Academics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic academic initiatives, supervising teaching and learning quality, managing academic staff performance, and ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. You will work collaboratively with senior management to foster an environment of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and quality assurance
- Supervise academic staff performance and professional development
- Monitor teaching quality and student academic progress
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures
- Liaise with educational regulatory bodies and maintain compliance
- Conduct regular academic audits and prepare comprehensive reports
- Mentor staff and promote a culture of academic excellence
- Master's Degree (MSc/PGD) or HND with minimum 1 year relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor's Degree (BSc/B.Tech/NCE) with minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent
- Christian faith commitment
- Proven experience in academic leadership or educational management
- Strong understanding of Nigerian educational curriculum and standards
