Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership for the secondary school section.
- Supervise curriculum implementation, instructional delivery, and student assessment to ensure high academic standards.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff to foster a collaborative work culture.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, the governing council, and the wider school community.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, statutory regulations, and the core values of the institution.
- Integrate ICT and modern educational technology into daily school operations and learning processes.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field; a Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- 5 to 15 years of progressive teaching experience with documented leadership or administrative roles in a secondary school.
- Sound knowledge of current curriculum implementation, staff supervision, and school administration.
- Proficiency in the use of ICT and educational technology tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in Ibadan or be within a reasonable commuting distance to the school.
