Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the British curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
  • Maintain a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and regular updates to parents.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and discipline.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to improve instructional practices and curriculum delivery.
  • Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
  • Mandatory Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable primary or elementary school.
  • In-depth familiarity with the British curriculum and EYFS framework.
  • Strong classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
