Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and holistic growth.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents regularly.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a focused and conducive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum development.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and pastoral notes in accordance with school policies.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable teaching experience within a primary school setting.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for child development and modern educational methodologies.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
