Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Physics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain accurate academic and attendance records.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school extracurricular activities.
- Guide students through practical laboratory experiments to enhance their understanding of physical sciences.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification in Physics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a recognized educational setting.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for diverse learners.
