In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the academic and personal development of young learners, ensuring they build a strong foundation for future success.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, safe, tidy, and orderly classroom environment conducive to effective learning and student well-being.
- Create, prepare, and distribute engaging educational content including lesson notes, study summaries, and interactive assignments.
- Assess, monitor, and record students’ academic progress, behavioral growth, and overall performance.
- Provide constructive grades, targeted feedback, and continuous encouragement to students and parents.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support holistic child development.
- Manage classroom behavior proactively and implement creative teaching methodologies to suit diverse learning styles.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Ed. qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience as a primary school teacher.
- Possession of a TRCN registration or certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent communicability, verbal, and interpersonal skills to engage young learners and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple classroom tasks efficiently.
