Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and positive behavior.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement positive discipline strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to organize extracurricular activities and school events.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and prepare periodic student report cards.
- Minimum of Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized primary school setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about child development, patience, and dedication to modern teaching methodologies.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Funtua Local Government Area, Katsina State.
