Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver engaging, inclusive, and comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the primary school curriculum.
- Integrate biblical principles and Christian values into daily classroom activities and moral instructions.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents alike.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering positive social interactions among pupils.
- Participate in school-wide extracurricular activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), NCE, or related academic qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience within a structured primary school environment.
