Key Responsibilities- Teach assigned subjects in accordance with the school's approved curriculum and learning objectives
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes, interactive teaching materials, assignments, and periodic assessments
- Maintain excellent classroom management to ensure a conducive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor individual student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide targeted support where necessary
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and overall development
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-wide extracurricular activities
- Possession of an NCE, OND, HND, or B.Ed in Education or a related discipline
- Proven experience or training in primary education teaching methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage young learners
- Exceptional classroom management and organizational skills
- A patient, empathetic, and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal abilities
- Basic digital literacy for preparing lesson resources and managing school reporting systems
