In this role, you will shape young minds, inspire a love for learning, and contribute to the holistic development of primary school students in a supportive and innovative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects in accordance with the approved school curriculum and learning objectives.
- Maintain excellent classroom management and create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment for all pupils.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes, creative teaching materials, homework assignments, and continuous assessments.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document student academic progress and behavioral development, providing constructive feedback to parents and school management.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and community events.
- Possession of an NCE, OND, HND, or B.Ed Degree in Education or a relevant academic discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and working with children in a primary school setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer literacy for digital lesson planning and reporting is an added advantage.
