Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating, safe, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
  • Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement positive discipline strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to plan school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum improvements.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and prepare periodic report cards for students.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), NCE, or relevant academic qualifications from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven teaching experience in a primary school setting.
  • Strong passion for child development and early childhood or primary education.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
  • Good digital literacy for modern classroom instruction and reporting.
