Day Stars Private Schools is an outstanding co-educational institution located in Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria. Since our establishment on January 3, 2011, we have been committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality learning experiences from early childhood through high school. We are currently looking for a vibrant, dedicated, and qualified Nursery Two Teacher to join our dynamic academic team and help lay a solid educational foundation for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons tailored to the developmental needs of Nursery Two pupils.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and positive behavior.
- Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate records of academic and social development.
- Collaborate closely with parents and guardians to discuss child progress and address any developmental concerns.
- Organize creative activities, arts and crafts, storytelling, and play-based learning to foster cognitive and motor skills.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children under your care at all times.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (NCE, B.Ed, or PGDE is preferred).
- Proven teaching experience in an early childhood or nursery school setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patience-building skills.
- Strong passion for child development and modern pedagogical techniques.
