In this role, you will help nurture well-rounded students by delivering a world-class blended Nigerian and Cambridge curriculum within a supportive and innovative learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, purposeful lessons that inspire pupils and foster a love for learning.
- Utilize creative teaching methods and diverse resources to accommodate varied learning styles and abilities, including support for learners with diverse needs.
- Mark student work and provide constructive feedback in alignment with school policies while tracking academic progress.
- Participate in peer lesson observations to share best practices and continuously improve instructional delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to design tailored instructional strategies and complete comprehensive student reports.
- Possess a bachelor degree in education or a related academic discipline.
- Minimum of three years of professional classroom teaching experience with young children.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Possess strong patience, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage dynamic classroom environments successfully.
- CPR and First Aid certification will be considered a strong advantage.
