About the Role
Dove International Academy is seeking a passionate and qualified Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. Key Responsibilities- Deliver well-structured and engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Integrate modern educational technology and ICT tools into daily teaching practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance academic programs and student outcomes.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education: B.Ed., B.A.Ed., or B.Sc.Ed. with a specialization in Mathematics.
- Valid Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification or willingness to obtain it promptly.
- Minimum of two years of proven teaching experience in a reputable educational institution.
- In-depth knowledge of current secondary school mathematics curricula and teaching methodologies.
- Exceptional classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology for remote and in-person instruction.
