Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective English Language lessons tailored to the primary school curriculum.
  • Create an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
  • Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Plan and prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and learning activities.
  • Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to enhance the overall curriculum and school activities.
  • Promote core values of responsible citizenship and personal achievement among all pupils.
Qualifications
  • Possess a relevant educational certification such as a NCE, B.Ed, or B.A in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven teaching experience in a recognized primary school setting.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for early childhood and primary education with a child-centered approach.
  • Patience, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
