Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective English Language lessons tailored to the primary school curriculum.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Plan and prepare comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and learning activities.
- Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to enhance the overall curriculum and school activities.
- Promote core values of responsible citizenship and personal achievement among all pupils.
- Possess a relevant educational certification such as a NCE, B.Ed, or B.A in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized primary school setting.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for early childhood and primary education with a child-centered approach.
- Patience, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
