Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, creative, and child-centred primary education lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Support pupils academically while intentionally developing their character, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain excellent classroom management to create a safe, orderly, and stimulating atmosphere for learning.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school administrators, and educational consultants to achieve institutional goals.
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, integrity, punctuality, and accountability at all times.
- Actively participate in professional development programmes and remain receptive to constructive feedback for continuous growth.
- Minimum qualification of an NCE, B.Ed, B.A., or B.Sc. in Education or a relevant academic field.
- Relevant primary school teaching experience will be considered a distinct advantage.
