About the Role

We are currently recruiting a passionate, experienced, and nurturing Pre-School Teacher to join our client's esteemed educational institution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Early Childhood Education, with practical expertise in supporting young learners through critical developmental milestones in a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate each child's academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Maintain effective classroom management and encourage positive behavior among students.
- Prepare student progress reports and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and school management.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and proper supervision of all children at all times.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certifications or professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrable experience teaching young children in an Early Years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and modern teaching methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong emotional intelligence.
- Patient, compassionate, energetic, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education.
- Competitive monthly salary of NGN 200,000 – NGN 220,000.
